Very good. Instead of fiddling around with an ice cream maker, I just poured the mixture into popsicle molds. They came out great! You can easily half the simple syrup recipe and still have enough for the recipe and some leftover. Not sure why the quantity is so large if you only need a cup and a half for the recipe. ""
