Awesome! Everyone loves it. I add extra hot sauce for a kick and also put in chopped carrots with the other veggies. I use peeled yukon gold potatoes bc I love them and prefer not to have the skins in a soup. Also sometimes I add frozen peas just before serving for extra sweetness and nutrition.
