"Easy recipe, nice flavor and very pretty on a plate for a party. Can prepare ahead and just pop in the oven. Like other reviewers, I baked 20 min and it was perfect. Used rice wine, a trick which my sister in law taught me for cooking seafood. Served on a platter of fresh baby spinach. It was a big hit.""
