"The best pork roast I ever made-seriously. Loved the crust (only change was fresh rosemary instead of thyme because it's what I had on hand).. Loved the sauce. Husband is not a mustard fan, but went crazy for it. Super moist too. My only issue was the cooking time. I used boneless 3.5 lb roast and it was well over 2.5 hrs. Timing issue with potatoes and veggies, but the one is definitely a keeper!

"Really great! Added Emeril's nut struesel topping. Everyone loved them, even the kids. Used fat free milk and low fat sour cream. I couldn't tell it was added.
