Good flavor and easy to make, though expense of ingredients adds up. Put leftovers chopped up into bread for paninis as leftover which I almost liked more!

Very flavorful, healthy, and quick weeknight dinner. I added a bit more garam masala and red pepper flake. The flavor was really complex and tasty. Adding the yogurt on top is a must. I served with quinoa and a salad with feta. I will definitely keep in my file."

Easy and delicious. I included pears with the apples. I served with Ina's zucchini vichyssoise for a French themed dinner party in the summer. "

I don't think this recipe should be rated as difficult - it was actually much easier than I expected.I used a big ziploc bag and snipped the edge instead of a pastry bag. I added a bit of cinnamon to the chocolate sauce, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Very tasty."

This soup was extremely easy and delicious. I wasn't sure how I would like cold soup, but I was better able to taste all the flavors when it was cold. I added a bit of cayenne and nutmeg, which I really liked with it. I made it the night before and let it cool to serve for a dinner party along with salad with brie baked with pistachios and honey, "

Easy and delicious with ingredients I already had on hand. It's key to get chicken cutlets so the outside doesn't get too tough while the inside cooks. I grilled veggies at the same time and then chopped them up and mixed with whole wheat cous cous and feta. Great weeknight healthy dinner!"

The cake had good flavor, but it was very dry. I had cooked it for less than the time Ina has in the recipe. I would try another recipe next time, which is very disappointing because I am usually a big Ina recipe fan."

I was looking for an easy dessert recipe and this was not only very easy, but also very delicious! After reading other reviews, I cut back the sugar to 1 cup. I also added about 1 tsp of lemon zest and 1 tsp of nutmeg which I think added more depth of flavor. It cooked probably about 40 minutes rather than the full 50 minutes. Great recipe!"

The flavor was great, but the drippings burned and made my kitchen very smoky. Next time, I will brush the maple syrup-mustard mixture for just the last few minutes.""

This is such comfort food. I traveled to Italy a couple of years ago and loved tasting every restaurant's version of ribolitta, so I was excited to try it at home. I used canned beans since I hadn't started planning in time to soak dried beans. I also added thyme and a parmesan rind. It was a soup that I loved more and more with every bite I had....

This was absolutely delicious. I almost wished I had skipped dinner and just had two of these they were so good. I was surprised by how long I had to beat the egg/sugar mixture so that it would double in size and get thick. I baked them for 14 minutes and they were barely gooey in the middle, so next time I will not cook quite as long. But I didn...

This was a quick and easy soup. I used a mix of only pork and beef, which was fine. I also used a combination of beef and chicken broth. Overall, I think it needed a bit more of the spices but it had a good, subtle flavor. The fresh dill added at the end made it - don't skip this!""
