Oh. My. Goodness. Tasty? This is to die for! I seriously can't get enough. I left out the onion and jalape���o for taste preference. This is soo tasty...another awesome Pioneer Woman recipe! I highly recommend this....easy and scrumptious.

This recipe is INCREDIBLE!!! I made more sauce than the recipe called for because I made extra ravioli. It's so simple, quick & delicious! Next time, I would wait until my water's boiling & my ravioli are cooking before starting the sauce; it was finished well before the ravioli. I definitely recommend this!""

The roast & the carrots were tender & delicious. It was a little more prep work than I was expecting, but worth it. I don't eat red meat... but when I saw Ree make this, I had to make it too! Even my 3 year old son, who is unbelievably picky, devoured his & asked for more! He couldn't be more of an herbivore... not anymore! I'd definitely recomme...

My hubby & I really enjoyed this recipe! I agree with posters who said it takes longer than the recipe states to cook ... I used tilapia, & it needed a good 15-16 min. in the oven, not 12.
Changes I made:
I left out the onion; we're not big onion fans.
I used garlic powder, rather than fresh.

I would have given this no stars if able. There's something wrong with the batter recipe. It's so thick, like pancake batter. I tried to fix it by adding milk; no go. It was just way too much flour.

If you end up stuck like I was, you could try what I did: I dipped the fish in milk, then coated them in Italian breadcrumbs. I baked...
