Really great flavor...really simple recipe! My kids even went back for seconds! One tip - when you're adding salt to taste, simply stir it in. I added it to the blender and over-pureed just a bit.

Wow. This is an AWESOME recipe! The meat was DELICIOUS...among the best we've ever tasted. It's amazing that it tasted so great AND was so easy to prepare. I aged our roast for 6 days, and did not notice any odors at all. I'd suggest to make sure you use the cheese cloth in the fridge, the meat thermometer in the oven, and perhaps cutting back...
