New fav chilli recipe- subbed with 1/2 ground turkey & 1/2 ground beef (less fat:D, also rehydrated dry ancho chillis in the chix broth then put in food processor, no pasilla, I liked the soupy factor. Added corn & more veggies; The avacado topping is a MUST~ makes the dish!!"

My family loved this! I cooked the potatoes on the stovetop for 10 minutes on med/high then put eggs on top & in the oven. Makes them crispyliscious~ yum! I also added peppers.onions, and kielbasa.

Very tastey recipe. I think poultry & terrigon really compliment eachother. I used turkey (one leg & 1/4 breast). Also, I modified the recipe to be kosher. No milk or butter, just turkey stock and margerine. I was apprehensive- but the dish came out great! No dairy needed :D

This was a gr8 soup- I did however modify quite a bit.
1. no canned tomatoes so I used tom paste or celery- used grn papper
3. Added ancho chilli pepper, beef bacon, & cumin
4. used orzo instead of elbows
