Reviewed Chipotle-Mango BBQ Chicken
"This dish has so much flavor, it is amazing. At first I thought it was going to be too much cilantro, but it was a really good balance. For those of you who like extra sauce when the meat/poultry is finished, I would suggest setting some sauce aside and heating it up in a saucepan. The recipe makes enough marinade to where you can set some aside for dipping later. It was nice to have that extra sauce for dipping at the end.

"Made this recipe the same day after watching. When I first combined the ingredients, it was a little runny, so I was skeptical as to how it would turn out. I cooked the short ribs (which I got without the bone for about 6 hours in the slow cooker. They came out perfect. The meat was so tender and just used a fork to pull it apart. I used the left over meat the following day and made a sandwich on an onion roll, and that was excellent as well.
