Reviewed Posole Mexican Lasagna
"Time Consuming, Expensive, but Quite Tasty...
We made a vegetarian version using soysauges instead of the pork, and we didn't need any of the meat seasonings. We only used one lime, as others have suggested. It was delicious! But it took two of us, working together, about an hour to get it all done - and we dirtied a lot of dishes!
A great weekend meal, with leftovers for a few weekdays.
