"I loved this recipe because it not only tasted delicious but it was a break from an everyday American meal. I love that Rachael finds ways to not only make American meals fast and easy but also meals from other areas of the world that normally I would not have any idea how to make let alone finish in 30 minutes. This recipe is surprisingly a little spicy (which I personally LOVE but if you do not like it that spicy you can always tone down the peppers. My fiance also loved the dish and I'm sure that I will be making it again.
