Another "can't possibly work" bites the dust. Followed recipe exactly as described. I did check my oven with a thermometer to make sure 375 was actually 375. Came out perfect. A 6 pounder provided my daughter with the "rare" she wanted; my son-in-law and wife with the med-rare they wanted, and me with a medium end cut that I enjoy. Thank you...
