Reviewed Quick Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

This recipe was easy, but I didn't love it. I used confectioner's sugar and it gave the frosting a very coarse texture. I think subbing the confectioner's sugar for baker's sugar would have given the frosting a smoother finish. My frosting also came out yellow in color (from the butter and I wasn't crazy about that, either. The taste is okay....

Reviewed Waffle of Insane Greatness

I make these waffles with skim milk, and I like them a lot. I'm a huge waffle-fan, and I whole-heartedly endorse this recipe. I've never made it with whole or buttermilk because I only drink skim, but these waffles still taste great to me. I only get 3 servings out of this recipe though.
