Reviewed Cavatelli with Broccoli Rabe and Cannelini Beans

The recipe continues to be one of my favorites. As with all of my recipes, I add a little wine, and I substitute the pancetta for prosciutto. Broccoli rabe reduces drastically! Don't be over whelmed when at first it spills over your pan, I usually add more after! Also, added a pinch more of pepper flakes. Over all great, easy, healthy, recipe. Bam!

I used buttemilk instead of milk, added Worcestershire to the ground turkey (instead of hamburger), added garlic and onion powder, and used half the amount of potatoes. Sprinkled some Parmesan on top with the bread crumbs. It was very tasty.

Read the reviews, this recipe is bland! Following the advice of reviewers, I added red wine, Worcestershire, garlic, extra salt, onions, and chicken broth, but it still turned out flavorless. The horseradish was a lifesaver, and an absolute must have!

As advised, I did not cook for 8 hours-- 6 hours was plenty of time and everything...
