"Oh my, fabulous! I keep telling everyone about this juicy turkey. I was having cravings today and couldn't wait to get home and have more. I left a piece of foil over the whole bird and used chicken stock in my brine which I won't next time, a little too salty. I'm sold, thank you Alton!

Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts

"These were amazing! I cut them in half and cooked them for 40 minutes at 400 with salt. The small ones came out really crispy, which I love, and the larger ones were more soft which my husband loved. I made other food but ended up gorging myself on just brussel sprouts!
