Reviewed saag paneer: spinach with indian cheese

I made this with store bought panneer and garam masala. I used fresh baby spinach instead of frozen (coz thats what I had at home) Followed the recipe to a T otherwise. Took me about 45 mins start to finish and the dish came out beautifully.

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving 2012. It was super easy to make and tasted really nice, I did put a little bit more pepper than was called for...Very creamy and delicious. My only issue was that it didnt taste as nice the next day, maybe coz the recipe used frozen spinach. But on TG day this was superb"
