These are truly delightful and easy to make. I did add about 1/2 tbsp more sugar( my husband's family likes things on the sweet side) and an egg white as suggested. Why fight the crumbling when adding an egg white does the trick. Taking to family for the holiday. Nice job, Giada."

This was fabulous! I have recently lost weight so it's not something I'd make all of the time but when I need a go to delicious dessert, this will be it. I live in New Bedford MA and this is just like the mini-tarts I find at Lydia's Bakery on Acushnet Ave.!

Reviewed Warm Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I love spinach and artichokes. Since I've lost weight, I'm trying to find healthier recipes. Made this for a New Year's Eve party and found it to be bland, not well flavored, and a too strong taste of spinach which happens to be my favorite veggie but not as a strong dip flavor. I also thought the consitency was very heavy.

These were delicious as well as beautiful. I'm not quite sure why the garlic goes in unpeeled. I think that the next time I would peel it and keep it whole. I'm not a fan of brussels sprouts but they were quite delicious done this way. A lovely, tasty side dish!

I had ham leftover from an hors d'ouvre that I had prepared. I made this ham salad with it and it was the hit of my get together. We don't eat a lot of ham but I will be making this again the next time that we do. To those who say it's too salty. You have to taste it before you salt. The recipe says to taste.
