Reviewed Fully Loaded Baked Potato Soup

The recipe called to roast 4 large baking potatoes baked on a baking sheet at 350 for 45 minutes. They were still hard and did not mash. Next time I would peel them and then boil them. They wouldnt be roasted but they would have made for a better texture. More spices should be added as well. Good ingredients but just didnt work well for me."
