I'd have to agree with many of the previous reviews. I added garlic, because what garlic lover wouldn't? I also sampled the recipe without the chili powder and felt it was lacking without. I added about 3 tablespoons of chili powder and WOW! The leftovers also make for a mighty fine quesadilla! "
