"This was an awesome lamb recipe! We made for easter and followed the recipe exactly! A couple of suggestions. . . I might try all white wine next time vs. wine/water. And. . .if you are making a smaller leg of lamb. . . still takes the same amount of time! Great over mushroom risotto!"
