"So easy and so amazingly good! I followed the recipe exactly and used a thermometer AND also tested in ice cold water for "hard ball stage." (Been testing caramel recipes and this one is the best!) "This was an awesome lamb recipe! We made for easter and followed the recipe exactly! A couple of suggestions. . . I might try all white wine next time vs. wine/water. And. . .if you are making a smaller leg of lamb. . . still takes the same amount of time! Great over mushroom risotto!"
