This is soooo delicious! And because it is packed with vitamins and protein (especially when using the soba noodles), you feel very good about eating it. Even better the next day! Definitely going into my regular rotation. Thanks a ton, Rachel!

Just made this tonight, and it was delicious! Added some shiitake mushrooms too, as I love their texture. Might add a half teaspoon less vinegar next time, as I feel the full amount may have overpowered the other flavors a bit, but otherwise, this is excellent. Get the Artic char if you can find it, it's definitely worth it!!!"

Had these tonight, and they were a huge hit. We all loved them, including my 6 year old and 18 month old!
