My Activity

Reviewed Pumpkin Bars

"In my family, pumpkin pie was a thanksgiving tradition when I was a kid. Now that I'm older and live elsewhere, I wanted to create my own pumpkin dessert tradition. This recipe was incredibly easy to follow, though I recommend you DON'T wear your thanksgiving dress clothes when mixing the confections sugar! :) My apartment smells declisious and the icing tastes perfect. I can't wait to share these with loved ones soon. Thanks Paula and Food Network.

Reviewed EJ's Simple Italian Meatball Soup

"My boyfriend and I made this soup yesterday and loved it. It wasn't difficult to make at all, so don't be scared of the "intermediate" level rating. My boyfriend loves spinach so he added an entire bag (pre-washed, located in the refridgerated produce department) of it and was SO happy he did. We both agreed the meatballs were easy to make and would taste great in a pasta dish as well. Enjoy this soup and make it with someone, you'll be glad you did.

Reviewed Butternut Squash and Apple Soup

"Wow, peeling the butternut squash was tricky! And then cutting it, oh my gosh... but, I'm very pleased with how it tastes. I didn't add much apple cider to mine because I like the thicker consistency. I really enjoy the curry as well and might consider adding a little red pepper the next time I make it. I'm excited to share this soup with my friends because I have WAY MORE than I can eat myself. :
