"Love this recipe!!! Really easy to make. Sometimes it is a little more "soupy"than others. When that happens I just cook it for a little bit long and it thickens right up."
"I made this today and I thought it was really good. I did make a couple of changes. I pounded out the chicken and rolled everything up in the bacon, which kept the cooking time at 25 minutes. I also used turkey bacon, The Laughing Cow light swiss and frozen spinach because that is what I had on hand. I will making this again!
