Reviewed Pumpkin Soup with Chili Cran-Apple Relish

I have cooked this recipe for years (with tweaks) and it is always a big hit at the holidays. In addition to the can of pumpkin puree, I also add a 16oz can of pumpkin pie mix. It adds to the thickness of the soup, a little sweetness, and balances the hot sauce out for the right mix of sweet and spice. ""
