Great recipe, but I changed up a few things. Instead of sautéing the onion, I diced it and added it raw to the turkey. Also added raw diced red bell pepper, shredded carrot, and approximately 1/4 t. of poultry seasoning, which I thought added a really nice flavor to the recipe."

Agree with Chef-Breezy re: Lowering the temperature. I roasted @ 400F. and the garlic burned. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. The potatoes were excellent once I brushed off the burned garlic! Next time will add the onion and herbs as suggested by others. Definitely a keeper! "
