Reviewed Garlic Roasted Potatoes
"Agree with Chef-Breezy re: Lowering the temperature. I roasted @ 400F. and the garlic burned. Thus the 4 stars instead of 5. The potatoes were excellent once I brushed off the burned garlic! Next time will add the onion and herbs as suggested by others. Definitely a keeper! "
