Reviewed White Bean Dip with Pita Chips

"Classic, easy - a great dip to have on hand and people love it. I cooked my own beans (easy, and healthier than canned) and roasted the garlic first to take the edge off (and therefore am able to use 3-4 cloves and get more garlic flavor with less garlic bite) and added a bit more parsley - but the beauty of this recipe is that you can play around with it a bit and it will still be great!

Reviewed Fall Salad

"Delicious salad and simple - can definitely be played around with and still pack a good punch. The key is the dressing and the nuts - delicious and I left both of those as is! I used mixed lettuce from our CSA box, because it was fresh and yummy and what we had, and subbed goat cheese for the parm, and added chopped smoked bacon. People can't stop raving about our 'new' salad!
