Reviewed Pan Fried Chicken Thighs with Pancetta Cream over Confit Potatoes

Easy and delicious. For six regular-sized chicken thighs, 2 cups of flour, 4 eggs, and 2 cups of panko was way too much for coating. Next time I prepare this dish, I will only use a cup of flour (or maybe a little less), 2 large eggs, and a little over a cup of panko for the coating.
