Traditional cook. I love to take "normal" foods and find the absolute best rendition. Once I find the right recipe, it goes in my Tried & True Cookbook. A recipe has to be no-fail, across the board loved, and 5 stars to make it in the book. My newest adventure is to learn to cook and love fish... I'm an Iowa girl raised on beef, pork, and chicken. I still love them, but I want to expand my horizons. I believe some things are best left to the pros like pizza and sushi!
