The cake is amazing...it's like a pink cookie you buy from Nordstrom. People love the flavor and it's easy to make. Try freezing the cakes, then frosting to make it perfect. Regarding the frosting, you may have to add a little extra milk so it will spread properly -I added an extra 5 tablespoons.
