"This was so easy to prepare and so tasty when done. Instead of using the soba, I substituted some shrimp and just cooked them in a wok with some of the sesame oil, then added them. I am not one to follow a recipe to the letter, and think my meals get better with some 'experimenting' on my part. My husband thinks that breadcrumbs is its own food group, so getting him interested in a meal is a challenge.
