Reviewed Chicken Francese and Egg Tagliatelle

"I ran right to the store and gathered these ingredients, including the anchovies. It was easy to make. I only used 2 chicken breasts, still cut them open like a book, but then cut them in half to make 4 pieces which I then pounded thin. It was still quite filling. Also, used lemon/black pepper fettucine instead of the egg tagliatelle, but it w""

Reviewed Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Basil

"This salad was so refreshing and tasty. Have made it twice already since the show aired 3 days ago. Simple and easy. A definite go to salad recipe that will impress. I also added a little crumbled feta cheese.""

Reviewed Tequila Bars

"I made these for a Super Bowl party. They were great. Everyone seemed to enjoy them. I did not spray my pan, however I had no trouble releasing them once they were cut. My crust was a little thick, and I might reduce the wafers just a tad, but the pine nuts were an excellent addition. I would definitely make these again.

Reviewed Sweet Chicken Bacon Wraps

"I made this recipe today for Super Bowl Sunday. It was EASY to make. I ad-lib'd the seasonings a bit by adding in some hot paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and a black pepper/garlic seasoning. I also used peppered, thick-cut bacon. They looked pretty good about 20 minutes in, then I turned them all over, topped it with the left over brown sugar/seasoning and baked another 15 minutes. I only used three large chicken breasts and the recipe made nearly 60 individual pieces. To make the recipe go a little farther, I stirred in a small package of cocktail wieners before sprinkling on the left over brown sugar/seasoning and then baked the final 15 minutes. They are fabulous, but I think next time I will add a little sliver of jalapeno for extra zing.

Reviewed Neely's Meatball Sliders

"Everyone at our UFC Fight Night Party loved these little meatball sliders. They were quick and easy to make and disappeared quickly. I used the Hawaiian King rolls and a good fresh pre-made Marinara instead of making the sauce in the recipe, just to save time. Turned out awesome. I made the meatballs a little bit bigger because I made 12 meatballs which was how many rolls were in the package I purchased. Great finger food!

Reviewed Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

"These were very good. I made them for the UFC fight night and they disappeared! Couple of changes I made to save some time, I purchased a ready-made pineapple pico de gallo in lieu of the spicy salsa and also a blue cheese dressing. Served these up with some Frank's Red Hot Sauce on the side. Delish!
