Reviewed The 3 B's - Beans (Bacon, Brown Sugar and Bourbon

"I made these beans twice, even purchasing new beans and soaking more than 24 hours. Beans were tough and crunchy even after cooking for more than 6 hours. I also tried the brisket (which I have made using other recipes with great success)and it was tough, dry and basically inedible. I had to throw out both beans and brisket. What a waste..
