I did the whole menu and waited for the applause. I got it from all my guests.

“Loved this. We were on a w/e RV trip-had steaks the night before, so made this philly-rito the next day using left over sliced steak. I did reduce the cheese-used mexican style shredded cheese with a few cheddar slices. Sauce was awesome. I added a few pickled jalapenos to the sauce.Husband is still talking about the sandwich."”

“3 lbs is not enough for 6 people. I did 4-4.5 lbs. I used 32 oz stock as well.
I had very little liquid left after I took the ribs out, so pureed the peppers with some stock, added a bit more port and poured it over the shredded meat.
Labor intensive, but everyone loved it.

“Ummmm...Grace08-the recipes are posted a week before the show, that is why people are posting comments.
I made these last night and my family loved them. I boosted the flavor with more spice in the meat.
Loved the idea of putting them in pita and then baking. Great idea for a snack type menu.”
