He doesn't say because it's personal preference. If you had "ruined" chicken, then you went too far. When I make a batch of essence, it lasts 6 months or more, so if you added the entire batch to the flour then that's how you ruined it.

Yes, same problem. I updated Java & re-booted and then it was ok!

O my! Pre-heated my gas grill to 350, & used a free-range chicken from Trader Joe's, rubbed it with olive oil & "Coffee Rub" spice, from Tommy's Special Blend Spices in Texas, with a German Oktoberfest beer. An hour and a half later, & SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!! I think it was illegally yummy & certainly to-die-for. I am now officially on the "you-ow"
