Reviewed Beef Stroganoff

"Very D'LISH. My advise, use your better judgement on the seasonings. Dont need to follow the recipe exactly. I never do. Infact, I use my own seasonings. I also sauteed a lot of diced garlic with the mushrooms and onions and butter. It was wonderful. I also added more broth and mushroom soup, and before frying the beef I did this
1. rolled beef in flour
2. dipped beef in egg and heavy cream mixture(milk, buttermilk,etc.)-whatever u got on hand
3. rolled beef into flour and cornstarch mixed with garlic salt and pepper
4. then fry in oil and butter, and dont forget as soon as you removed cooked beef, sprinkle with salt to taste. try this and it gives your beef an amazing extra taste. Do try this recipe if your thinking about it, my husband and kids were in heaven...

Reviewed Airman Anderson's Chicken

"The chicken was great, super crispy and d'lish. however the sauce was not what I hoped for. Way to watery. Even added some starch to thicken it up-no big difference. The taste wasn't that great. It tasted like someone just poured orange juice on my chicken and called it orange chicken. I know it sounds strange but I followed the recipe exactly and it wasn't what I thought it would be."

Reviewed Lady and Sons' Chicken in Wine Sauce

"All I can say is OMG!!!.. This is beyond amazing. Very simple, in-expensive, and just a WOW. Made this for the first time last night and my husband and kids ate it like they were a bunch of starving scavengers. The aroma filled the house and it was an instant HIT. I took some of your advices and doubled the whine, added a bit of milk for extra gravy, also added an extra can of cream of mushroom, also tossed in some chopped garlic on the chicken and in the gravy, I also used a whole box of stuffing. I will be cooking this very shortly for my in-laws who is coming over for dinner next week! cant wait"

Reviewed Gina's Drunken Goat Grilled Cheese

"I come from a small town in Hawaii and the nearest(and only) costco we got is 200 miles away. Our stores really dont have much of a cheese selection or variety. Would there be an alternative cheese, perhaps regular goat cheese? Any suggestions?

"Sorry, I am having the same issue as you. I joined in right after a nap and missed the part about the drunken goat cheese. This sandwich looks D'Lish and I really want to cook it for my family. Let me know if anyone's got the answer.
