“So very delicious just as it is!! I sometimes sear my chicken in the pot, take it out and sear some onion quarters & celery stalk & carrot, then add the water & chicken back to the pot. for a deeper flavored stock. I think I"ll make it again today!"”

“I served this for our Monday Bridge Club ladies and it was greatly enjoyed.
I think some may have a 'blandness' problem due to the stock they use. My homemade stock is very flavorful, so doesn't need much additional salt & pepper; but, a cheap stock in the box defitinetly would need some help. Taste as you go. Season as you like."”

“this is awesome...great flavors & crunchy crisp skin!
for those confused about 'adobo', this is what you have created when you mashed together the garlic, vinegr, oil, s, p, & oregano. You don't need to go out and buy anything else.

To dress it up for a party, combine the ingredients & stuff into hollowed red bell halves or
a nice shaped poblano...Bake at 375 till bubbly & golden...you can top it w/ extra cheese...makes everything better!"”
