So very delicious just as it is!! I sometimes sear my chicken in the pot, take it out and sear some onion quarters & celery stalk & carrot, then add the water & chicken back to the pot. for a deeper flavored stock. I think I"ll make it again today!"

taste your stuffing for seasonings, adjust to your own liking. I did add finely minced red bell to the scallions & garlic.

I served this for our Monday Bridge Club ladies and it was greatly enjoyed.
I think some may have a 'blandness' problem due to the stock they use. My homemade stock is very flavorful, so doesn't need much additional salt & pepper; but, a cheap stock in the box defitinetly would need some help. Taste as you go. Season as you like."

To dress it up for a party, combine the ingredients & stuff into hollowed red bell halves or
a nice shaped poblano...Bake at 375 till bubbly & golden...you can top it w/ extra cheese...makes everything better!"

This is a fabulous marinade & process for any type of chicken. I used it for boneless skinless breasts, with a 2 hour marinating time, as well as an overnight marinade for legs. It's also great on pork chops!"
