Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey
"This was my first attempt at cooking a turkey and everyone at the table loved it. They said it was the juiciest turkey they had ever eaten. Even my father inlaw who has been in the restaurant business for years was impressed. We had a 24lb turkey so I upped the ingredients for the brine by 1.5x. The high heat for 30 minutes set off the smoke alarm"
