My whole family enjoyed this. I couldn't find fresh basil or frozen artichokes, so I used half a teaspoon of dried basil and one can of artichokes. Also added an extra carrot. Perfect dinner for me as I'm fighting a cold.

Reviewed Cinnamon-Chocolate Fudge

Made this for my family, and they loved it. The cinnamon flavor seemed to mellow out the day after I made it, but it's still delicious. Everyone liked the sprinkle of sea salt on top, too. I've never made fudge before, and was pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to make. Will definitely make it again!
