"Made this for a dinner party for 14 people and it was a huge hit. We did not go bottle for bottle wine to sparkling water... we used 4 bottle of wine and 3 bottles of water. We should have made more. I might try the ginger ale next time, but it was great as written.
Reviewed Rabbit Ragu with Pappardelle Pasta
"I love Rabbit, my Mother and Grandmother made it fairly often when I was a Child. This dish was amazing. It was somewhat time consuming, but not complicated. I highly recommend shredding the Rabbit as he suggests, it adds to the prep time, but its worth it. I plan on making it again during the holidays for my entire family.

"I made this on a weeknight. Very quick and easy and it's as good as any Franchese I ever ate at an Itlaian Resturant. I did simmer it a little longer than he said (maybe 10 minutes or so instead of 2 or 3), the Chicken was so tender I cut it with a fork. I highly recommend it.
