Followed filling recipe with substitution of Jarlsberg for Gruyere. Used store-bought frozen crust. Filling was luscious, crust not bad but as expected. Will make from scratch next time to do the filling justice. Another recipe from Chef Lagasse that will be a staple in our kitchen.
