This tasted great. We saw it on the show and finally had a long day at home to try making it. It takes a while but was well worth. I cut the red pepper by half and the heat of the roast palatable for the kids -- the jus was still too hot for them, though. This will definitely become part of our Sunday dinner rotation.""
