"Sounds simple and yummy. I was curious though, I'm working on a recipe right now that doesn't have a sauce, will this effect the cooking time or anything that much that I should look out for before trying it out?
I'm in a culinary program currently at college and loving it! Working on my AA and looking into further my education even further when I'm done with that. Made lots of friends there and get together to work on tweaking and creating recipes for fun.
Currently I work for a construction company where my dad is the foreman. My brother and I are the crew. This used to be my passion until I was doing it every day. I like it more as a hobby than career. Roofing is my favorite thing to do on site.
I plan on doing wedding cakes. Right now I do a lot of birthday cakes and just because cakes. Although lately I have been entertaining the idea of having an Italian resturaunt with an American twist. If this comes to fruition I have no idea where to have it located at.
A lot of people at school if I plan on going on food network in one of the many shows. No. I cook and bake for the pure enjoyment of it. Seeing people having a good time eating what I have made brings me the more joy than thinking of fame and fortune. Not sure what I would do if I was offered a show since I don't have that aspiration. Though I do enjoy watching the Food Network when I actually watch T.V.
Pork Fried Rice has consistantly been my favorite dish. Same with Orange soda. But lately I've been exploring a much larger variety of foods and drinks so this may change pretty soon.
