The salad was wonderful but I will agree with many of the other reviews that you could easily cut the dressing recipe in half not just the recipe but the sugar and use a vegetable oil or a combo with the olive oil. I had 3/4 of the dressing left over and it was just too heavy of an oil flavor and too sweet and the sugar didn't dissolve like it sh"
