I made this and it was awesome, the next day. It needed a day to mellow and let the flavor develop. Also it did stick to the pan, even though I sprayed it. I will use parchment paper and flour along with the spray next time. This is a GREAT "go to" recipe.

My family absolutely LOVED this recipe! I'm making it again this year for Thanksgiving. The only thing I did differently is I didn't do the fried shallot thing, instead I used a can of fried onions was perfect! Thanks Alex for taking a dreary dish and making it wonderful!"

I knew I would probably not like this potato salad, it's too sweet. Personally I like a more acidic, mustard-y mix. Next time I make this, I'll use dill pickle relish and real mayo.
