Reviewed Fusilli with Spinach and Asiago Cheese
"This is very easy to make and really flavorful. Make sure to put the garlic in before the oil heats up or it will burn (the directions are not clear on this matter). Also, the cheese tends to stick the the stirring utensil and doesn't end up on the pasta (probably best to just garnish it once it's on the plate). I don't think the asiago adds enough to the dish to justify its expensive price tag, so I will probably do without it in the future. Overall though, this recipe is a winner. Play around with it and see what works best for you.
