Great recipe but like many other people I have to agree that if you leave out the lemon zest and juice you will enjoy it much more. The lemon overpowers the cinnamon and apple flavor which to me is what apple crisp is all about. If I wanted to taste citrus, then I'd make citrus crisp. (adding a little more cinnamon would help as well ""
