Reviewed Garlic Studded Pork Shoulder

Loved It! It was very moist and delicious and I did not find the garlic or rosemary to be overwhelming. I used more carrot in the "rack" and they made a delicious side to serve with the pork. And instead of using just water in the roasting pan, I used two cups of beef broth and two cups of brewed coffee. I borrowed this technique from another pull"
