Loved this! Had both yellow watermelon and tomatoes on hand (and no tarragon) - surprising but delicious flavors!

Super flavorful recipe! Will turn it into an entree the next time and double the meat mixture for regular peppers.

Fantastic! Would add a little more tomato paste / lemon to get more sauce, but otherwise wonderful.

Loved it! But did a twist. Skipped the sugar, used allepo chili flakes (no ancho on hand), only 1/2tsp salt, and gave them a broil for 3 minutes. Amazing!

Very tasty! Careful on the salt (probably only need half a teaspoon), but otherwise really nice and flavorful. Didn't have a shallot on hand, so used 1 tsp onion powder. "

Solid soup recipe - two comments:

1) I halved the cheese to 4oz, otherwise you get 60% of your daily saturated fat in one bowl (I also added it after blending).
2) I too didn't like the consistency as much - will add another potato next time and let simmer longer.

Super easy and with dinner guest-worthy results! I added a teaspoon of vanilla to the sauce, sprinkled the pears with cinnamon, and left their skins on. Who needs ice cream when you have this beautiful dessert!? Leftovers make for a great breakfast. "

Absolutely amazing! Used coffee liquer (Blue Mountain, from Jamaica) but followed this otherwise. Very easy to make and some powdered sugar on top instead of ganache is divine. It was snarfed up at work quickly and my gluten-free friends were swooning. Will try next time with coconut rum and shredded coconut on top! "

I skipped the shallot since I'm an onion hater, but I truly love this recipe! I use plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to further reduce fat. I halve this recipe often and broil in individual meatloaf pans - really cute and portion controlled! "
