Amazing! Very easy to make and elegant on the plate. The balance of flavors are perfect for a brunch. I substituted a flat bread for the english muffin and it worked well. My husband said a rosemary herb bread toasted would also be a good base for the ingredients. Highly recommend this recipe. Thanks Ina for a fresh new twist for an old brea"
