"I did not have rotisserie chicken on hand so I sub'd it with boiled chicken breast, used less cumin and cayenne and omitted the cilantro and it was soo good. I used corn tortilla(which I prefer dipped in hot oil to soften and made the dip as instructed...very yummy!"
